These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MemoryCrow — our website, dashboard, API, and MCP server (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use MemoryCrow on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. The Service
MemoryCrow provides a permission-safe memory layer for AI. You connect tools and add knowledge; connected AI assistants can recall that knowledge with citations, scoped to what each person is allowed to see. We may update, improve, or change the Service over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to your workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Your content and memory
You own the content you add to MemoryCrow. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and operate on that content solely to provide the Service to you and your workspace, including generating embeddings, extractions, and derived facts. We do not use your content to train foundation models, and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the rights to add it. Do not add content you are not permitted to share.
4. Permissions and access
The Service enforces access controls so that memory is only recalled by people cleared to see its sources. You are responsible for configuring workspace scopes, groups, and connector permissions correctly. We enforce the most-restrictive rule of the underlying sources and never widen access through synthesis.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others;
- attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or circumvent the permission model;
- upload malicious code, or disrupt or overload the Service;
- reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
- use the Service to build a competing product by scraping or bulk-extracting it.
6. Billing, trials, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed per workspace as described on our pricing page. A trial may require a card and converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. You only pay for what you add to memory; recall is unlimited. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the current period. We may change pricing with advance notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MemoryCrow and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as described.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. MemoryCrow returns stored knowledge and does not guarantee that any answer is complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use recalled information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoryCrow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your content as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
