A memory is anything you save to MemoryCrow, like a note, a message, or a part of a document. Roughly every few hundred words counts as one memory.
Is recall really unlimited?
Yes. Asking questions and getting cited, current answers is free on every plan. You are only ever metered on what you add to memory, never on what you read back.
What happens if I add a duplicate?
We detect it and don't charge. Your balance only moves when something genuinely new lands — re-adding what memory already holds is always free.
Monthly or yearly — what is the difference?
Yearly is billed once at a discount (shown when you flip the toggle); monthly is pay-as-you-go each cycle. You can switch between them anytime.
What are memory top-ups?
One-time bundles of extra memories that stack on top of your plan and never expire. Handy for a big one-off import without changing your plan.
Do you charge per seat?
No. It is a flat price per workspace — invite your whole team on the Team plan without per-seat fees.
Is there a free tier?
No free tier, but a 7-day trial (card required) so you can try MemoryCrow on your real knowledge before you pay anything.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Upgrades apply right away; cancel whenever you like and keep access through the end of the period.
