This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for MemoryCrow.
Billing and our merchant of record
MemoryCrow billing is handled by Kelviq, our merchant of record. Kelviq processes payments, handles applicable sales tax and VAT, and appears as the seller on your statement. Your purchase is also subject to the terms Kelviq presents at checkout.
Free trial
New workspaces can start a 7-day trial. A payment method may be required to begin. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a new paid plan, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, no questions asked. This guarantee applies once per workspace, to the first payment on a new subscription. It does not cover renewals or one-time memory top-ups.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance, per workspace, for each billing period (monthly or yearly). Beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee above, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the current period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
Annual plans
Annual plans are billed once for the year at a discount. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first annual payment. After that, if you cancel you keep access through the end of the paid year, and annual fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Memory top-ups
One-time memory top-ups are added to your balance immediately and never expire. Because they are made available right away, they are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged in error, or you see a duplicate charge, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law. Where a mandatory cooling-off or refund right applies, it prevails, and refunds in those cases are processed through Kelviq.
How to request a refund
Email team@memorycrow.com with your workspace and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Kelviq.

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
