Manifesto

What we believe about memory, trust, and the AI you let into your company.

The knowledge already exists

Every company is already smart. Almost every answer has been written down, decided, or said out loud at least once. The problem was never knowing. It was remembering, at the moment it matters, for the person who needs it, without leaking it to the one who shouldn’t.

Storage is not memory

A folder full of documents is not memory. A vector database is not memory. Memory is the right claim, recalled at the right moment, with the receipt attached. Everything else is just a bigger pile to lose things in.

Trust is the whole product

An answer you cannot verify is a rumor. An answer that is out of date is a trap. An answer that leaks is a liability. We would rather give you nothing than a confident wrong answer. So every answer carries its source, its date, and its permissions, or it does not ship.

The same question, two answers

Two people can ask the same thing and deserve different answers, because they are allowed to see different things. Access is not a setting you bolt on at the end. It travels with every fact, all the way to the moment of recall.

Honesty over helpfulness

The most dangerous thing an AI can do is sound sure. When the memory is thin, or off limits, the honest answer is “I don’t know,” or “that is not yours to see.” We build for that moment, and we measure it. Abstaining is not a failure. It is the point.

Current beats complete

Knowledge rots. The price changed. The policy moved. The decision was reversed. A memory that cannot let go of the old truth is worse than no memory at all. When something changes, the old answer steps aside quietly, so you never build on yesterday by accident.

Your memory is yours

We do not train on it. We do not sell it. We do not widen it to be convenient. What you teach the crow stays the crow’s, working only for you.

A crow never forgets

The crow remembers faces. It remembers debts. It remembers the way home. We named the company after it because that is the standard we hold ourselves to: a memory you can rely on, that knows who it is talking to, and that never pretends.

A crow never forgets. Now your AI won’t either.

An engraved crow on a high vantage, wings opening toward the horizon

Give your AI a memory it can trust.

Cited, current, and only what you're allowed to see — for you, and your whole team.

A crow never forgets. Now your AI won't either.
